SILQ needs to authenicate this copy of SILQ but can't [message #306]

SILQ gives me a message that it needs to authenticate this copy of SILQ, but says it can't.

SILQ needs to check with the web server periodically to make sure that you have a legitimate copy of SILQ. However in order to do this it needs access to the internet. Most internet security system such as Nortons or AVG will ask you the first time a program runs if it is to be allowed access to the net. If you say no when this is asked for SILQ then it will not be able to authenticate itself and you will get the above message.

To fix this you need to configure the Security system to allow access for SILQ.
