| Synchronisation with Outlook and PDA's |
- Synchronise your Diary, Contacts, Tasks and Matters with Outlook
- As Outlook synchronises with most PDA's this means that you can synchronise your SILQ data with your PDA
- This also includes Matter information which are stored as Notes (one-way synchronisation only)
- Synchronisation can occur either manually or automatically at regular intervals
- You can use the synchronisation to import contacts or tasks from Outlook
- Use the Private flag in Outlook when you want the appointment to be Personal in SILQ

| Document Register |
- The Document register window allows you to attach any related documents to a matter.
- Documents can easily be opened from within SILQ with one click
- Documents can be marked as Draft to help track what documents need to be completed
- When documents are generated they can be automatically tracked in the register
- You can drag and drop documents from Windows Explorer directly onto the Document Register window to add them to a matter.
- You can attach any sort of document, including Excel, PDF, Word, Powerpoint etc.

- Select from one of 4 file naming strategies and 2 folder naming strategies
- Documents can be automatically saved or SILQ can prompt you to save them, proposing an appropriate name
