Support is provided as part of the package when you rent SILQ. You are welcome to contact us for support. Remember also that the SILQ help file provides a user friendly and comprehensive description of all parts of SILQ. If you have any problems with the system, please email us. We will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible. When describing the problem please describe it as clearly as possbile, indicating what error messages the system showed you, where in the program you were when the problem occurred, and what you were trying to do at the time. In addition to this, please indicate your name and your chambers. |
